Hello, I am Jay Regan, aka Just Jay I am a Singer-songwriter and performer from Philadelphia. I am the former writer and lead vocalist of many original bands in the Philadelphia area, now performing my own material, usually in a solo acoustic setting. My music is acoustic based rock that incorporates keyboards and varied musical styles such as rock, modern rock, R&B, folk and blues. I draw my inspiration from many things in my life, including my family, my inner most feelings, and sometimes world events, and fiction.
On April 7, 2017 I released my 15 track second CD “Wash Me” recording a selection of my songs I had written between my debut release “Wash Me” in 2014. The songs included here are multi-genre covering many different styles. This latest release is “dirtier” than the last CD and is where the name “Wash Me” was born. I am currently playing live in support of the CD and booking a late summer mid coast tour. Key tracks: Grow, Right Between the Eyes, March of the Romans, Dad, Can’t Let Go, No Place to Turn.
